Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Replypine ("we") for use of Replypine. By creating an account you accept them.
Last updated: 2026-08-11
1. What the service does
Replypine connects to an Instagram professional account you own or are authorised to manage, and automates replies to comments and direct messages, schedules posts, and reports on the results.
Instagram is the only platform we support.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a contract.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password safe and the actions of anyone you invite to your team.
You must only connect Instagram accounts you own or have permission to manage.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content people did not ask for.
- Mislead people about who they are talking to, or impersonate anyone.
- Send unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or sexually explicit content.
- Break Instagram's or Meta's terms, or attempt to bypass their rate limits or protections.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the service.
Automation does not remove your responsibility for the messages sent from your account. You remain the sender.
4. Your content and our intellectual property
Everything you create in the product — your automations, messages, posts and uploaded media — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to transmit it to Instagram and to our AI provider when a feature you use requires it.
The Replypine software, brand and interface remain ours. Nothing in these terms transfers them to you.
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you publish through the service.
5. Meta and Instagram
Your use of Instagram through this service is also governed by Meta's own terms and policies, which you must comply with.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Meta may change or withdraw its APIs at any time. If that removes a feature, we will tell you, but we cannot guarantee any Instagram capability indefinitely.
6. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and we do not pro-rate partial periods unless the law requires it.
We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.
7. AI-generated content
Features that draft text produce suggestions, not verified statements. They can be inaccurate.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it reaches your audience, and for any consequence of publishing it.
8. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, and platform changes can interrupt it.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Indemnification
You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a third party brings a claim against us because of how you used the service — for example, content you sent, or a breach of these terms or of Instagram's rules.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or that Meta requires us to act on.
12. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders before they take effect.
