Delete your data

This removes your account and all data we hold about you.

• Sign in to Replypine.
• Go to Settings → Account.
• Select "Delete Account" and confirm by typing DELETE.

Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. The delay exists so an accidental or unauthorised deletion can be undone — you can cancel it from the same screen at any point during those 30 days.

• Your account, profile and login credentials.
• Your Instagram connection and the stored access tokens, which are revoked.
• Your automations, scheduled posts, templates and knowledge-base content.
• Contacts and conversations collected through your automations.
• Your analytics and automation history.

Some records are kept where the law requires — for example billing records for tax purposes, and security audit logs. These are anonymised so they are no longer linked to you.

If you want to stop all Instagram access but keep your Replypine account, go to Connected Accounts and select Disconnect. Access ends immediately and the stored token is revoked.

You can also revoke access from Instagram itself: Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites → remove the app.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, asking us to delete your data.

We will confirm the request, action it, and confirm again when it is done — within 30 days of verifying your identity.
